- To keep your shipping costs down and still keep your purchase safe, we use a variety of different shipping services depending on the manufacturer and the size of the item shipped. Majority of our items are shipped by UPS. We strive to give each customer the BEST price possible with shipping. Delivery dates vary based on the particular product and availablity. We strive to deliver products safely and as quickly as possible.
- Privacy & Security
- Your personal information is valuable and will never be given out to anyone for ANY reason. Your phone number, email, address, and any other data that we collect will only be used for record keeping purposes and any unneccessary information is removed from our records indefinately.
- Returns & Replacements
- Return policies vary slightly based on the product and availablity. In general, we make every effort to make our customers happy. If your product can be replaced we will get this done as quickly as possible without additional charges to the customer. If you receive your product and you simply don’t like it, you can return it. However, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, as well as all return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee. You will also be charged a repacking fee, which is to be determined by the shipping company based on the product. If you are planning on returning your furniture, please contact Bayview Stores at 1-800-748-9852 to make arrangements. Bayview Stores must be contacted within 30 days of receiving your product if you plan on returning it.
- Ordering
- All orders must be paid in full before a product will be shipped. Also ordering a product does not guarantee the availability of the product. If payment was made on a product that for some reason is unavailable a full refund will be given. Orders may be placed online or over the phone 1-800-748-9852.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments accepted our all major credit cards. We do not accept money orders or checks. Bayview stores strives to provide the lowest price possible to our customers, however at times pricing errors are made on products throughout the site. We are not resposible for honoring any price not specifically guaranteed by our sales team. We strive to give our customers the BEST price possible and we will try to meet all expectations. Promotions are for limited times and typically carry exceptions. Promotions will be honored at our descression and are only vaild for limited time periods.
- Viewing Orders
- We will try to give all our customers access to view orders by email or on our site. However we will periodically remove orders and customer information from our database. Please save copies of all e-mails for your records.
- Updating Account Information
- Customers are welcome to update any account information as neccessary. If you would like any information removed or changed your welcome to call us at 1-800-748-9852.
If you receive your furniture and you simply don’t like it, you can return it. However, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, as well as all return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee. All furniture must be returned on the original freight carrier that delivered it to your home. If you are planning on returning your furniture, please contact Bayview Furniture to make arrangements.
